About Us

  Started in 2019, Jason Richardson (Owner) started designing and making automated equipment to help their race team solve a skilled labor shortage. After a couple of years working in industry after college, he found a lack of consistency in fabrication quality due to labor inconsistency. We are now helping out customers make their tight tolerance weldments and helping manufacturers to build great, consistent products!

We developed the JMR 9001 as a spin on the ISO 9001 certification. JMR 9001 looks to inspire confidence in manufacturing companies and their customers as a way to put accountability on both parties of what should be expected. The tier system was designed to bring forward the cost that quality has and to make the fabricator responsible for knowing their capability.

 
Here at JMR Automation, we know that there are a lot of people out there with bad concepts of automation. We also seek to inform and show people that small forms of automation are the way of the future for small manufactures to be able to thrive in the ever-growing technology era. Our use of small automation allows our staff to focus on creative tasks think of ways to remove themselves from the process.
